Information and Rota for Parents
At a discussion with the parents that were present at the last Arch club the following was decided. Since the children have become more familiar with the volunteers in the club and the actual structure of the club that parents while they need to remain on the campus they do not need to stay in the same room giving respite to parents and independence to children. It was also agreed that parents would take on duties as per a rota. Two parents always to remain with main group for health and safety and child protection reasons. If a child need to go to the toilet only their parent may accompany them never a volunteer.
